The Reinvestment Zone No. 1 Board of Directors met Dec. 17, 2025, approved the zones annual report for the year ended Sept. 30, 2025, and unanimously authorized several professional-services contracts and contract amendments for road, water and master-plan work. Staff presented updates on completed and in-progress projects including the Santa Fe Community Market, outer-loop and bridge work, and downtown lighting.
