The San Clemente Planning Commission unanimously approved amendments to the Miramar Event Center permit to infill two wrought-iron openings with stucco, add a courtyard fountain, and allow modifications to interior planter configuration with conditions for materials, lighting follow-up and landscape softening. The meeting also opened a public hearing on proposed zoning streamlining and cleanup amendments to return in January 2026.
