Tipton City council met to consider routine committee reports, a budget transfer for golf equipment, an amendment to the salary ordinance to add an IT coordinator certification for the police department (approved on first reading), approval of claims and a preauthorization to Enterprise Fleet Management, and a council-approved carryover of vacation days for nine officers to be used in 2026.
