The Elkhart Redevelopment Commission met Dec. 9, 2025, and approved a preliminary bond resolution to access $10.5 million in state RIF financing for South Main Street and Woodland Crossing infrastructure; the commission also approved multiple contracts and appropriations for downtown marketing, murals, infrastructure design and surveys, and operating budgets for Woodland Crossing.
