Harrison City Council on Dec. 2, 2025 approved the 2026 annual budget, authorized an internal $750,000 advance from the Wastewater Fund to the Water Fund for planned capital work, transferred a small piece of excess property to an adjacent owner and approved a memorandum of understanding with the Fraternal Order of Police. The meeting also included donations from local veterans groups and announcements about upcoming community events.
