Sharonville City Council heard a finance report showing some year-to-date revenue shortfalls and updates on audit and a City Hall remodel, took public comment including a library update and a lengthy small-business complaint about redevelopment transparency, approved several emergency ordinances and suspensions, and moved into executive session to discuss pending litigation and economic-development negotiations.
