East Bethel City Council held its regular Dec. 22, 2025 meeting. Council heard monthly public safety and fire department updates, held a public hearing and voted to amend the city code to add a $1,500 per-unit trail dedication fee, reviewed consent and fee-schedule items, received a staff update on a pending property closing, and approved the city administrator's contract after a closed-session performance review under Minnesota statute.
