The Needham Commissioners of Trust Funds opened with a statement mourning the recent death of longtime treasurer Evelyn “Evy” Finesse, reviewed and approved prior minutes and invoices, discussed public access and an application process for town trust funds after a request from the Needham Community Council, reapproved the investment policy statement by voice vote, and set the next meeting date.
