Leander ISD trustees held a TASB-facilitated board-development workshop focused on professional learning communities (PLCs), aligning board learning with district systems, and drafting a board implementation guide. Trustees identified priority learning topics, discussed expectations for the acting superintendent/administration, and agreed to next steps and committee membership items.
