The San Angelo ISD Board of Trustees met in a regular session to receive financial reports, review declining enrollment and transfer patterns that could prompt attendance-zone changes, get bond-construction updates and contractor approvals, review targeted improvement and turnaround plans for underperforming campuses, and approve several agenda votes including the demolition of Sam Houston Elementary.
