Hutchinson County commissioners held a short regular meeting where they approved the consent agenda, approved juvenile department surety bonds, authorized moving forward with an architect for the SINET annex, approved routine budget transfers and facility-use requests, discussed inmate-reimbursement receipts and a possible new jail fund, and went into an executive session on personnel with no action taken.
