The Davis Senior Commission heard a presentation from the city Department of Social Services and Housing on senior housing, HUD-funded programs, and the city's homeless outreach and winter shelter; residents raised concerns about in-lieu fees, long wait lists and limited affordable units. Commissioners approved standard agenda items and voted to hold the May meeting at the Main Library on May 8 from 10:30 a.m. to noon.
