Gahanna Planning Commission met Dec. 3, 2025, and approved three variances for accessory structures and a residential addition. Staff recommended approval on all three applications; commissioners discussed lot shape, trees, easements and construction logistics. The commission also reviewed a staff proposal to move 2026 meetings to once monthly with an earlier (6:00–6:30 p.m.) start and will vote on the schedule at the January organizational meeting.
