Fairbanks North Star Borough School District board held a policy work session on Article 5 (student-related policies), reviewing new and revised policies including noncustodial parent rights, school discipline and safety, student nutrition and wellness, part-time enrollment and attendance exemptions, and open/closed campus rules; board asked administration to refine wording and return for further consideration.
