Southwest ISD trustees held a regular board meeting that included a public hearing and initial approval of targeted improvement plans for three middle schools, presentation of a TEA financial-quality report (Superior rating), multiple construction updates and project approvals, a closed-session grievance decision, and routine personnel actions.
