Business included approval of minutes and consent agenda; updates to town welfare guidelines; recycling center equipment and lighting upgrades and a glass‑recycling pilot; authorization of an IT managed‑service contract; discussion of dissolving the Swansea Revenue Development (TIF) District and its fund balances; an Invest New Hampshire transfer for a grader controller; an adjusted elderly exemption warrant recommendation; Stratton Library boundary/easement discussions; and scheduling and budget work‑session planning.
