Heather Gallagher, identifying herself as a parent of two Petaluma City School District students, urged the board to enforce the city's code violation and remove an allegedly unpermitted T‑Mobile cell tower at Casa Grande School; she said the district previously unanimously rejected a T‑Mobile lease and sought removal and that T‑Mobile subsequently sued the district.
