Council voted unanimously to rezone Pennsylvania General Energy’s property on Market Street to C-1 (central commercial); the meeting also featured public comment on renaming the 3rd Street Bridge, a presentation on the Warren Works marketing campaign, and a series of routine approvals and grant authorizations.
