Lititz Borough Council met on the eve of Christmas Eve to approve the 2026 budget and several administrative resolutions, adopt a zoning text amendment for the RA district, approve a land swap to enable a roundabout and related right-of-way adjustments, and take routine personnel and procurement actions. Staff also briefed council on a pending water/sewer rate study and capital projects.
