Atascadero City Council met for a regular session. Council adopted an urgency social-host ordinance to give police and prosecutors new tools to cite social hosts and recover response costs for illegal fireworks; staff also updated the council on holiday events, an HDR wastewater user-classification study, East Morrow Road winter stabilization work and a planned Astound fiber buildout for the west side of town.
