At its final meeting of the year, the Village of Hartland board reviewed conceptual drawings from Keller for a combined municipal complex and approved routine items including vouchers, a bartender license, a special-event fee waiver, a Waukesha County joint-powers 9-1-1 agreement and an increase to committee pay.
