The Skowhegan Select Board met Nov. 25, 2025. The board approved two downtown TIF grants (up to $50,000 each) for the Masonic Hall renovation and CSN Press/Bookish, authorized several routine municipal actions including a codification services agreement and cemetery trust expenditures, and set a special town meeting for Dec. 10 to address a property purchase, a police ordinance update and a boardwalk lease with Main Street Skowhegan.
