Marshall County Fiscal Court held a special called meeting on Sept. 15, 2025, to recognize a retiring KYTC official, hear service and tourism updates, approve personnel and routine business, accept a low bid for an inclusive playground, consider a budget amendment and county tax-rate orders (including a contentious extension-district rate), and move to executive session on litigation and personnel.
