Aitkin County Public Health is conducting a "100 Cups of Coffee" community food assessment, aiming to hold 100 one-on-one conversations across the county to map food access, barriers and local solutions. The project is supported by technical assistance from the Minnesota Department of Agriculture and will produce a themed report to share with community sites and the Board of Commissioners.
