Stark County Park Board met Dec. 2 to approve routine bills and construction invoices, hear a 3-year, $200,000-per-year proposal from the City of Dickinson to manage fairgrounds marketing and event scheduling, and to extend an RFP deadline for the Speedway to Feb. 2 while repair estimates are updated.
