The Warren County board considered two resolutions to amend an intergovernmental agreement and to enter an operations, maintenance and management services agreement so county staff can assume operations of the Franklin Wastewater Treatment Plant; the board also voted to move into executive session to consult counsel about pending litigation under ORC 121.22(g)(3).
