Topics included a new development-services director, recommendation to retain outside counsel for hangar-lease matters, airport zoning confusion with the Town of Ridgeland, a proposed change to hangar lease rates, evolving gate/security policy using TSA guidance and Knox locks, a FAA-driven five-year capital improvement plan (generator, helipad, taxiway work, developer-built hangars), fuel-sales financials for Sept–Nov 2025, public comment on a proposed temporary terminal purchase, and a motion to adjourn.
