Brown County Commission heard a request from Homes Are Possible, Inc. to waive landfill tipping fees for demolition material from properties the nonprofit acquires and renovates; the commission approved a three-year fee waiver with review, authorized equipment and fairground-related contracts and appointments, and adopted a countywide precinct-redrawing resolution.
