Erath County Commissioners Court met in Stephenville on Dec. 8, 2025. Commissioners heard a public comment opposing a proposed transmission line, received a biennial SART report, discussed drafting a pointed resolution to file with the PUC regarding the proposed 765 kV project, and approved routine county business including an interlocal radio agreement, vehicle purchases, a revised purchasing policy and payment of $508,303.15 in invoices.
