St. Lawrence County purchasing staff opened four bids covering an electronic voucher system for assigned counsel, elevator maintenance for county buildings, an electronic health record (EHR) upgrade for the county correctional facility, and a large food service and maintenance supply contract. Staff read basic pricing and vendor names, noted missing materials and addenda in places, and said bids will be tabulated and vendors notified.
