The Noble County Drainage Board met to approve routine minutes and claims, review finances and numerous tile reconstruction projects including the ONCS tile, authorize beaver-trapping contracts, set the 2026 meeting calendar, and hear a presentation from the Saint Joseph River Basin Commission about monitoring and a state groundwater study. Several motions were approved by voice vote; the board agreed to take contractor bids for the ONCS project under advisement until Dec. 8.
