Regional Wastewater Advisory Committee met Dec. 18, 2025. The committee approved its 2026 work plan, forwarded a draft Board of Supervisors reserve-use policy as a recommendation, received updates on effluent-credit valuation and a biogas system outage (now partially back in service), heard a capital-markets presentation on financial pillars and ratings, reviewed budget/period‑5 results, and discussed a possible move to in‑house billing after a proposed Tucson Water fee increase.
