The Radnor Township SD meeting approved an amendment to the consent agenda to add Miss Duffy to the list of authorized signatures and approved the appointment of Mr. Thornton to the Delaware County Intermediate Unit Board of Directors (the latter passed with one abstention). The board also reviewed upcoming December meeting dates and committee configurations before adjourning.
