West Des Moines City Council held its Dec. 15 meeting where councilors were sworn in, the council approved multiple routine ordinances and plats, deferred a $112,270 restroom design decision for the Jamie Herd Amphitheater, approved a business park site plan contingent on permanent water service before occupancy, and directed staff to pursue a review of the EP True Parkway alignment after a workshop and public comment.
