The Cowlitz County Board of Commissioners met for an afternoon session that began with an executive session and covered updates on collections recovery efforts, storm-damaged roads and near-term repairs, a transition to in-house custodial services and Hall of Justice HVAC work, a proposed WSU greenhouse lease, building leak repairs, and delegated signature authority for a company waiver.
