At an organizational meeting, the Norton Planning Commission elected Ralph Dowling chair and John Conklin vice chair, adopted a regular meeting schedule (second and fourth Tuesdays at 6:00 p.m.), noted a Parks nomination for Caitlin to the Parks and Cemetery Board, and completed swearing-in of members. A lot-split application will return to the commission next week after processing errors by the applicant.
