Chelsea City Council and Chelsea School Committee held a joint inauguration and organizational meeting where councilors and school committee members were sworn in, the council elected Roberto Jimenez Rivera as council president and Norellis de Jesus as vice president, the school committee elected Anna Hernandez as chair and Kathy Cabral as vice chair, several delegate seats were filled, rules were adopted, and the meeting was adjourned.
