Marion County Commission and Land Bank Board met in early January. The Land Bank elected a new chair, approved minutes and financials, and discussed marketing a parcel; the County Commission reviewed administrative business, planning and zoning records requests and appointments, noxious-weed management, transfer-station operations, held a 15-minute executive session on employee performance and returned with no decisions.
