At its December 9 meeting the Exeter School District board reviewed federal grant allocations and debated whether to continue suspending meal charges. The board voted to present an amended FY27 budget scenario that assumes the district would cover meal costs for roughly half of students and extended the temporary pause on family meal payments through Jan. 5, 2026; it also approved a collective bargaining agreement and two retirements.
