Planning and Zoning Commission met to consider multiple rezones, several rezone recommendations were approved and the commission recommended approval of the Holden Hills planned unit development and preliminary plat (Holton/Holder Hills) with amended conditions after extended public testimony on drainage, trail realignment, road ownership, lighting and short-term rental restrictions.
