St. Charles County Planning & Zoning Commission met Dec. 17, 2025. The commission recommended approval of a CUP amendment to expand an existing underground mine, continued an event-center amendment for Defiance Ridge to the January meeting after heavy public comment, accepted a withdrawal of a commercial rezoning for a proposed gym, approved several other land-use items including a manufactured-home CUP, a marina rezoning and a preliminary plat, and adjourned after routine business.
