Mercer County Commission reorganized leadership, updated its agenda and approved several routine and substantive items including a sheriff vehicle purchase voucher, a landfill easement and a new public-comment policy. Commissioners also heard a long industry briefing on coal conversion and severance taxes and declined to adopt a proposed conflict-of-interest policy.
