Norwich City Council on Dec. 15, 2025 held public hearings and votes to increase bond authorizations for two water-tank projects, approved revisions to joint financing resolutions to allow use of utility cash reserves, advanced a state-funded reconstruction of Hunters Road, and completed a slate of appointments and routine resolutions. Council approved the major items unanimously or with single dissent on one appointment.
