The Rules and Open Government Committee met to review and approve the draft agenda and consent items for the San Jose City Council meeting on Tuesday, Jan. 13, including a liability settlement, an audit report, several wastewater-related contracts, two proposed business improvement districts and an annual action-plan amendment; motions passed unanimously and there was no public comment.
