Bullhead City Council held a regular meeting with public comment on homelessness, community events and sewer issues, and approved a package of land-use, public-works and budget items including a zoning extension, final plats, acceptance of public improvements, an interim magistrate agreement, an ICE/HIDTA MOU, a $20,000 facility security transfer, vehicle-marking exemptions, and a $775,000 budget amendment for Chaparral Golf Course.
