Bullhead City Council met Nov. 18, 2025, and approved a rezoning and preliminary plat for Sunridge Mesa townhomes, awarded an $838,033.86 well-drilling contract, authorized a $25,000 one-time contribution to the Bullhead Regional Food Bank, adopted state-required subdivisions code amendments and a set of 2026 legislative priorities (with an added water/wastewater funding priority), and extended off-leash hours at Sandy Toes Beach.
