At its first 2026 meeting, the Alpharetta Planning Commission elected a chair and vice chair and approved a rezoning and variances for a 1.34-acre Milton Avenue parcel allowing one single-family home, subject to 13 staff conditions plus a newly added long-term maintenance agreement requirement; the vote was unanimous and the item will go to City Council on Jan. 26.
