Charlotte County leaders and local organizations presented a legislative agenda and community priorities to the countydelegation, seeking state funding for infrastructure, water projects, workforce training, emergency response equipment and health and social services. Dozens of residents gave public comment on water quality, disability services, Medicaid access, guardianship and elder-care policy proposals.
