Hawaii County Council Finance Committee met in Hilo to consider withdrawals and forward several measures: withdrawal of a donation resolution, a $6 million homelessness and housing fund grant slate (resolution 397-25) with presentation and questions, a $1.75 million state EMS grant to start ambulance service in Kona (bill 108), and amendments to an agricultural-to-homeowner property tax cap (bill 103).
