The La Plata Planning Commission held a public hearing on a proposed Adequate Public Facilities Ordinance (APFO) to add water, sewer and roads standards and revise school seat allocation rules; staff and public commenters asked for more time and clarification and the commission voted to keep the record open for further comment and return in February.
